Client Requirements
On this project the client reached out to us, after seeing one of our websites, to get a quote for a visually stunning, modern, brochure style website. The client is a company which specialises in forestry services and rewilding. We also integrated an e-commerce solution onto the website, post-launch, to allow the sale of supplies used in the forestry industry. The design team had created a new bespoke branding for the business, which needed to be translated to the web. The purpose of this project was to show off the work already done by the company, and to inspire & recruit the future foresters, into the trade.My Role
As the businesses Web Developer, my role was two-fold. Firstly, I was the lead point of contact with the client, this included proofing meetings where I would receive amendments and feedback throughout the development of the website. My role would include turning these amendments and feedback into actionable tasks for the design team to work on, or for myself to develop. We developed animations for the website utilising Lottie Animations, built using Adobe Aftereffects, to add a more interactive feel to the website.Technologies Used
